All suites and rooms in our Colonial Williamsburg Lodging facility have queen size beds, private baths, cable television and telephones. Rate includes a full hot breakfast, complimentary hot and cold beverages, and afternoon homemade sweets. The suites are not a standard room with a small sitting area. The Suites have two separate rooms, a bed chamber and a sitting room with fireplace. FREE lighted off street parking. Inn is owner occupied.

Third person in room, add $50 - not including tax. Rate varies by season.

Cancellation & General Policies

Any cancellations must be made via telephone, not e-mail

All cancellations and changes of a reservation  inside 30 days of the arrival date will be charged the FULL PRICE OF THE ENTIRE STAY. $25 Cancellation fee applies when cancellation occurs outside the 30 day period. Any room nights that we re-book will not be charged.

NO REFUND GIVEN FOR A EARLY DEPARTURE.

December Reservation are NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. Multiple Room reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and 50% of the entire amount is charged at time of reservation

Grand Illumination, W & M graduation and designated special event week-ends are a 3 day minimum. Upon acceptance of a reservation for any of these weekends the entire amount is charged and is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the reason.

Rooms in our Inn are limited. A cancellation affects us greatly because it affords us little time to re-book the room. Should situations arise requiring a change or cancellation in your reservation, we of course sympathize, but must maintain a business policy and stand by our cancellation policy.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and good for one year from date of issue.

Please feel free to bring your own alcohol, we have a guest refrigerator and can provide ice and glasses.
